I’m inspired to help others solve problems worth solving. Yet, my approach focuses on humility and an insistence on short cycles to constantly answer the following questions.

• How do we know the problem exists?
• How do we know the problem needs a solution?
• How do we know that our solution solves the problem?

Yes, I’m an advocate of the Lean Startup methodology. And, thanks to Daniel Pink, I know that I’m intrinsically motivated.
